White House Farm is in the Barangay of Pinatung-Ulan San Jose Batangas Philippines some one hour south of Metro Manila.

Nearby is the smallest active volcano in the world - Taal - famous not only for its size but also for its unique twin caldera lakes.

The location is almost perfect for coffee and black pepper with rolling hills and peaks ranging from 400 metres to 800 metres. The land was purchased and restored in 2006 with Barako coffee seedlings from the University of Cavite with the help of of Dr Andy Mojica. Inter cropped with Black Pepper to provide additional income and shade.
